Even after all these years, no GTA spread has surpassed The Ballad of Gay Tony (TBoGT). Despite being a DLC, it offers more content, better characters, and dominant mission design than any other GTA entry, including the main games.
Luis Lopez is an amazing protagonist, and characters like Tony Prince and Yusuf Amir are some of the best-written side characters in the entire franchise. The way the story connects to the main game and the execution of that connection is absolutely perfect.
Even though it adds only three nightclubs, it fully captures Liberty City's nightlife, making it notice more alive than any other GTA game.
The novel side activities—golf, drug wars, underground fighting, club organization, and base jumping—add so much depth, keeping the game engaging instead of repetitive.
